Information about the Coach
Wendy Milligan is a degree qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist & Herbalist, with a BHSc from Endeavour College of Natural Health and BSc(Hons) from the University of London. Qualifying as a Metabolic Balance Practitioner in 2017, Wendy is passionate about improving the health and wellness of her clients by finding the right foods for their body. She specialises in weight loss, supporting women through the challenges of Peri to Post Menopause, Lymphoedema and Lipoedema.
