I am both a certified Metabolic Balance Coach and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
My background includes a completion of nutrition education from the Holistic Wellness Pathway.
With over 20 years of experience with facilitating education, my mission is to help clients process and navigate the Metabolic Balance Program with clarity, understanding and success.
