Mélanie Robichaud-Haché

I'm Mélanie and I am a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and I hold a Registered Holistic Nutritionist certificate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Moncton New Brunswick. 

I am also certified with the Metabolic Balance Program. 

I have been passionate of nutrition for many years. I love to share my passion with clients of all ages and from all walks of life.  I started to be interested in Nutrition when I first noticed digestive issues when I ate gluten and dairy. I have had to learn how to eat without these ingredients.

I'm married and my husband and I have a daughter and two sons I love spending time in the kitchen trying out new recipes. My love of cooking grew after having my first two children as I started to be more conscious of what I was feeding my family. 

Has I work a full-time career as well as my nutrition business, I have had to learn ways to prepare quick easy meals that are full of flavors.  I love spending time with my family, I enjoy learning new things and I am always on the lookout for new ways to stay healthy, lower stress all while having lots of fun.
