Since becoming a Licensed & Registered Holistic Nutritionist in 2020, my main area of focus has been digestive issues & intolerances along with peri and post menopausal women and Wellness Coaching.

I proudly assists my patients as a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, Europe’s #1 natural weight loss program aiding them in losing weight and keeping it off for life.

Aside from assisting my clients in Toronto, Ontario and surrounding areas, I also proudly offers distance coaching across Canada and the United States of America.
