Information about the Coach

I have done  Masters in Foods and Nutrition with over 16 years of experience and i am a Certified Metabolic® Balance Consultant and Nutritionist at AktivHealth and certified Diabetes educator (IDF)  Previously, worked as a Research Nutritionist with Jubilant Clinsys and Ranbaxy. I have also worked as a Diabetes Coach and Nutritionist at the renowned Sitaram Bhartia institute of science and research (SBISR)  I am well equipped as a weight management consultant and has a wide experience in this field My interest and work experience in this field also includes a brief period of voluntary work conducted in one of the renowned Diabetes clinics in Manchester (UK) run as a part of the foundation trust hospital. I have also given numerous Nutrition Lectures for Nursing Students at the prestigious Jamia Hamdard as well as a Distance learning Diploma course. I have also served as a guest speaker for various events at All India Radio station (Akashwani) advising people on healthy diets and resolving their queries through live question and answers sessions.
