I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) based in Peterborough. I am a graduate of Trent University and the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, and a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP).
As the founder of Kathryn Matheson Nutrition, I am a passionate advocate for the importance of nutrition to mental health. I work with individual clients, provide research and public education services, am a certified Qigong instructor, and have recently joined the team at Horizon Family Naturopathic Clinic.
