I am a Registered Practical Nurse, certified Personal Trainer and Metabolic Balance Coach. I have been a nurse since 2019. In 2025 I decided to make the shift out of traditional heath care and in to a more preventative wellness space - this led me to personal training and Metabolic Balance.
I believe in individuals taking charge of their own health and balancing all aspect of wellness to achieve a more fulfilled, happy, and healthy life for the longterm!
