I’m a Registered Holistic Nutrition Consultant (RHNC) with a diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2020) and a degree in Child and Youth Care. With over 20 years of experience as a social worker, I was drawn to holistic health while supporting an autistic child through mealtime challenges. My own journey—navigating burnout, menopause, and chronic illness—deepened my belief in the power of nutrition for healing and resilience.
