My name is Sarah and I love a natural approach to improving health and wellness 🌱. I love working with people and I know that for so many of us the desire to take a natural approach to supporting ourselves through illness, chronic disease, dietary or lifestyle changes on our health journey is there – we just may need a little guidance.
That is what I do, I assist you!
Through a philosophy to empower through education and understanding, supported by therapeutic nutrition and botanical medicine 🌱. Our bodies are unique, which is why the approach to a health and wellness plan MUST be unique to us.
