Jennifer is a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP), first class honours graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Metabolic Balance® coach, Live Blood Cell Microscopist, Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS), and founder of Actively Nourished.
Jenn’s main areas of focus are improved health and body composition with Metabolic Balance®, Live Cell Analysis, Nutritional Consulting, Hormone Testing and Balance, Natural Remedies, and Personal Fitness Training.
Jenn is passionate about helping her clients improve their health and physical wellbeing, so they can enjoy a radiantly healthy life.
