I am happy to work with clients in other countries, provided our respective time zones for meetings are within UK (GMT) working hours.

I specialise in weight loss and Metabolic Balance is all that I use with my clients, so I am experienced and expert in this field.
I am a highly trained Nutritional Therapist and can support you on your journey to a better body weight, body composition and healthy eating habits for life. Long-term healthy weight maintenance is the goal of my work with you, so you only have to do this once and will understand what lifelong health looks like for you and have the tools and support to achieve this.
Though my clients come to me primarily for weight and metabolic issues, I am experienced in managing various complex health symptoms and conditions, alongside weight issues, and find that many of these can improve alongside weight reduction.
