I started doing the Metabolic Balance program because I kept getting fat. At the end of 2011, I suffered from reflux after each meal. My family doctor explained to me that this was due to my overweight: my stomach was indeed compressed upwards. He then prescribed medicine for me. And after having a long vacation without gaining a single kilogram, I knew I was on the right track. I even feel the urge to get moving and try new sports. This healthy way of eating makes us want to be more active.
