Ready to Start Your Journey?

Here are all the required forms and resources that you need to start your Metabolic Balance Program

MANDATORY FORMS

  • Can I see clients from other countries?
You may coach clients from other countries. However, they will need to provide you with their complete lab report so you can request their individualized meal plans. Our lab partnerships are only valid in Canada. Please also make sure, that you may need to inquire about international liability insurance to be able to coach clients in other countries. Here is the list of blood work results that we need in order to request a meal plan. Please hand this to your foreign client so they know what tests need to be done. Email team@metabolic-balance.ca in the end of the month to let us know that you ordered a meal plan without blood work. That way you will get charged for the meal plan only. ($320 plus tax) The rule is that you have to become certified in the additional country if you have more than 5 clients per year.
  • Can I offer this plan in other languages than English?
Metabolic Balance meal plans may be created in 16 different languages. Please get in contact with us directly if you intend to request plans in languages other than English. Email us at team@metabolic-balance.ca and don’t forget to provide your Coach ID.
  • How to unlock Single phases in the App?
In your coach back office select CLIENT ADMIN > CLIENT NAME. Then scroll to the bottom of your client's details. On the bottom right it will tell you “METABOLIC BALANCE PHASE”. This is where you would change the phase to Phase 4 and click save changes. This will then unlock all the phases.
  • Can my clients claim the Metabolic Balance program cost to insurance companies?
Your clients may claim part of the Metabolic Balance program cost (usually the coaching portion of it) depending on whether or not your services are covered by insurance companies in Canada. Your professional associations may be able to assist you as they are usually the ones interfacing directly with the insurance companies on behalf of their members. They should be able to guide you as to what you can claim to insurance when coaching the Metabolic Balance program. Note: Different insurance companies may provide different levels of coverage as to what their clients are allowed to claim by consultation or on a yearly basis.
